Conifer Park is looking for a  Counselor/Therapist, I  or II  to join our Outpatient Team in Plattsburgh NY. In this role, The Therapist/Counselor will function as part of an interdisciplinary team and provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic services to patients in an outpatient setting. Provide process oriented & didactic group counseling services and individual, family or crisis counseling.

Counselor:  CASAC T, High School Diploma/GED

Therapist I:  CASAC, High School Diploma/GED

Therapist II:  LMSW, LMHC with 1 Year experience

SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE:  Final amount dependent on Full Time Equivalent Status for selected shift.  Maximum amount is $3,000 to be paid at three intervals (90 Days, 6 months and 1 year)
