Conifer Park is looking for a full-time Painter to join the maintenance team. In this position the right candidate will be responsible for reporting of areas in the building that repairs are needed. Prepares, primes and paints surfaces as assigned including trim work. The right candidate will have knowledge of painting, wall covering and drywall techniques.

Requirements: HSD or GED required. Vocational/Technical a plus. 5 years' experience in commercial painting is required. Must have the following skills: demonstrated building enhancement expertise and general repair knowledge.
