management, delivering individual and group mental health and chemical dependency services including assessment, discharge planning, managed care, and relevant communication, formulation and implementation of treatment plans, and performing specified duties.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor non-licensable degree and CASAC OR Master's licensable degree minimum 1 year relevant experience
• QHP preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in chemical dependency with mental health knowledge/experience
• Individual and group counseling as well as didactic education skills required
