Conifer Park is looking for a  Counselor/Therapist  to join our Outpatient Team in Rochester, NY. In this role, The Therapist/Counselor will function as part of an interdisciplinary team and provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic services to patients in an outpatient setting. Provide process oriented & didactic group counseling services and individual, family or crisis counseling.

Requirements: HSD or GED required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience. Minimum of a CASAC T required. CPR certification required within 6 months of hire.

SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE:  Final amount dependent on Full Time Equivalent Status for selected shift.  Maximum amount is $3,000 to be paid at three intervals (90 Days, 6 months and 1 year)
