Conifer Park is looking for an LPN to join our nursing team in Glenville, NY. In this role, the LPN collaborates with the RN in the implementation of a total health care regime, provides data to assist in the evaluation of patients' responses to plan of care, administers medication safely and accurately while working closely with Medical and Clinical staff.

SIGN ON BONUS:  $2,000 sign on bonus offered, prorated if less than full time; and paid incrementally after 90 days, 1 year and 2 years.

Shift is 7am to 7pm! Generous shift and weekend differential!

Requirements: Vocational/Technical School. Current NYS LPN license with a minimum 1 year of experience preferred and CPR certification required.
